No one individual even owned 7 500 000 shares. Either someone sold all of their holdings and continued selling by shorting the stock (maybe hoping to buy back through the flow through offering under the strategy that Booster outlined).

If this sale is not related to yesterday's offering then this news would be deeply concerning.
