Good insights Scott. I'll keep a closer eye on my level II's this morning. I would say this could certainly account for CLL's high volumes. However, we don't always see consistent high volumes. Conventional wisdom would hold that these traders would play the same stock everyday, or at least, one would think.

There is no question that the TSX is the most nefarious of the exchanges, I would caution anyone against making anything but limit orders, as I've seen some pretty funny manipulation by MM's on my market orders.
