Connacher Oil to list 20.15 million more shares Oct. 22

TSX bulletin 2009-1344

An additional 20.15 million common shares (symbol: CLL) issued as flow-through shares within the meaning of the Income Tax Act (Canada) will be listed at the opening on Thursday, Oct. 22, 2009. The listing will cover shares to be sold to the public at a price of $1.30 per common share pursuant to the terms of a short-form prospectus dated Oct. 15, 2009. The closing of the offering is expected to occur prior to the opening on Oct. 22, 2009.
