Scott, I believe that the cost for hooking up the stranded NG is essentially immaterial. This is not hard info, just my understanding of matters. I thought that the previous wells that were drilled and which are sitting on standby are already tied into the NG distribution network, and it is only a matter of "turning on the taps" once NG reaches an attractive price. With the depletion rate of NG wells being so fast, these are wells that a company doesn't want to start producing unless it needs to.
However, it is a very good question. Now you have me wondering if I understood the situation correctly.
