I should have explained my terse reply to Hubisan to sell his shares. My advice for him to sell is that by his method of valuation, the current SP of CLL (IE $1) already reflects the cash flow from Algar. If that is the case, then why would one continue to hold an investment that is not likely to appreciate over the next 24 months? Of course I may have misinterpreted his valuation conclusion. - Cornergas
