Guesela paid 20,000 to buy 20,000 at 1.30 each under the prospectus excemtpion it says.

Can some one please help me how is this. In Sedi it says he balance is 572,087 shares.

First how does one buy 20,000 shares with $ 20,000 @1.30 a share? Second what does Prospectus exception mean, does DG pays from his pocket.

can some one please help me to understand this
