Interesting no cost and rates are provided. I guess we wait until Jan/Feb 2010 when financial statements are released?

Security appears the same as original 200M facility we had a year ago, and covenants were slightly modified from a year ago too. Unfortunately, I can't find what this new facility costs in fees, interest, as well as those silly fees of having the credit facility available, although not drawn upon.......

Any other source disclosing these costs would be appreciated.
