usually indicates a "cross" but with little change in price which has since gone up .02 cents to .05 I suspect MMs (market mannipulators) at work,nice way to pick up $5000.00 .Then again accumulation might be the motive even end of the year selloff,whatever .05 is a nice move for shareholderseh?
