Despite oil price is at a good level appetite for oil stocks isn't great these days.

I guess the earlier warnings about refining margins etc from oil giants holds a damper on oil stocks.Refiners were weak since then.

The markets are in an indecission period.Though there is no big reason to go down there is also not much inspiration for going up.

All the announcements from CLL will not bring much animo in the sp .That is comparison with PDP where IF they could fix the well and they have a good flow ,such a news can spark the sp.For CLL however if no major fund would step in volumes remain low .
