I think that one thing that everyone needs to keep in mind that in order to raise money, the alternative to debt is equity. Everyone here is already stressed out enough about the large dilution that we suffered through last year. Can you imagine if there had been additional private placements instead of debt financing?

No matter what, whether the money is used through debt financing or expansion of equity, some people are going to be unhappy. But you need money to build a company.
