I would add Market Manipulators who will run up the SP to the $2 level to coincide with the Algar startup at which time they will take profit ,this will illicit the analogies of Algar was priced in lowering the SP to levels($1.50) where the MMs will load up in anticipation of ALGARs first production and so on and so on.IMHO unless you are one of the MMs who dictate direction you stay the course ie 50,000 bbl @ $200/bbl..
