Maybe, and yes I understand SP has something to do with cashflow etc. Most if not all oilsands stocks have gone up about the same in the past little while. None of them have a new plant coming online in the next month or so and they have all gone up, some more then CLL.

Everybody can make their decisions, I feel stock will have a good pop, chart or no chart, because of Algar on time and under budget. I could be totally wrong or partially wrong. Cash flow will be helped by being underbudget, which helps financial situation which will effect stock. If these things happen SP will set a new 52 week high, of course we will know if it is built on time next week, we may not know whether it is under/on/over budget for a bit though.
