2.70 could be but certainly not in a single move up .
What I'm fopcussing on right now are the overbought markets .So will CLL move the way up when markets are going down for a while?
This is a long time chart view.That 2.7 is around the violet line.I think it can be done till end this year if all goes well with Algar.i think recent upwards move has more to do withh the speculative aspect of the oil sand market with the AOS artickle.
Could be i'm wrong so be it .
