Thank you. It would appear under this provision, that Sametz could have surrendered the options under this provision valued for cash instead of shares if I am reading this provision correctly. (not exactly clear from the reading of the provision. Ever notice how frequently the language of the provisions of these documents are in fractured difficult to parse english?) Have any ever wondered why such might be?
