Selling pressure from TD

TD securities are unloading their position in massive ways of selling CLL shares at BID price. Including Monday trades, they will dump more then 4 million shares.

Very similar like end of the last week when RJ was unloading their shares putting the pressure on the CLL SP.

Why would they do this now, when the construction phase of the Algar project is wrapping up? Very strange.
