This is why I will never again invest in a company which makes shares granted to "insiders" through stock options, exempt from the effects of dilition. And if they do so after I have already established a position, ( as was the case with CLL ) I will promptly sell as such a policy constitutes nothing less than stealing from the non insider to directly benefit the insiders. Otherwise known as legalized theft of property!
