Oops I forgot one!

Obamas moratorium on "deep water" drilling and production, is causing the importation of an additional 16 tanker loads per day into the US. This tightens the world supply and the deep water drilling rigs are leaving the Gulf of Mexico to obtain work. You cannot tie up a multi billion $ drilling rig for months or years on end.
