Most of the institutions are either in the debentures drawing interest or out of Connacher altogether . Or, short CLL from the $1.80 level. (assuming institutional investors are allowed to short a stock at the $1.80 level in Canada) As for Connacher, it has been reduced to being a "play thing" for the institutional investors. They will be back on the long side but only when they get done manipulating it down to their desired long side entry point.
