could that be something to do with the BP disaster in the Gulf.Total is also one of the companies which has deep water drilling activity around the Nigerian coast.because of the BP big problems now and the tightening of rules for drilling in deep water maybe the oil sands sector could become in focus .though also an expencieve method the risk to have such an enviriomental impact like we have now from BP is less possible .Just a thought of me.
