if I was only interested in short term gain, I wouldn't own CLL as I'm on record as saying it's a long term play.I'm no cheerleader for management I look at each item in a logical fashion and come to my own conclusions. I've always acknowledged mistakes but I also give credit where it;s due. You want an open and credible discussion then stop pointing fingers at management directly and dissect each problem and give your analysis and provide a solution. For example back in 2007 when they borrowed the 800 million to build Algar and Pod3. Now this was just prior to the crash production was good from POD1 and oil was around $100 with a decent U.S exchange rate. TODAY everyone condemns CLL high debt HOWEVER then the raging debate was to dilute ( at the SP then 200 million shares would have had to been sold ) or to borrow. IN hindsight it may have been better to dilute then but hindsight is 20/20.. So you want an intelligent discussion then talk about this or any other incident.
