I did not suggested that the accounting methods were used to downplay the crappy Q2.
What I suggested indirectly is that you diverted the board attention from the Q2 financial to imaginary debt reduction news.
Since you are logical and realistic (as you stated) one can only assume that you did this for the damage control purpose only. Anybody who is realistic would not possibly think that such a reduction is possible.

I also agree with you that CLL SP may have hit the bottom in this downturn leg. Daily RSI is reversing from the oversold conditions suggesting that most of the selling is done.
Institutional investor reduced their holdings(to about 20%) before the Q2 report. As always they had a good feel about what is coming. We should see some rebound from $1.3 level.
PS. Suggestion that the only positive investor is the long term investor is not logical or realistic.
