The report that Jurek posted shows that Petrolifera shares could be worth around 0.94 cents a share. Jurek also stated that Petrolifera basically needs an immediate cash infusion of $30 to $40 million dollars immediately. Since the analysts are attributing basically no value for the Peru properties or the Colombia properties and Petrolifera has $45 million dollars of debt and little cash it's options are limited to what the strategic review can turn up if anything. It may be a good idea to sell your Petrolifera shares if you still hold them when Petrolifera comes out with good news on the San Angel well in Colombia in Q4 or wait to see if there is a bidding war and sale of the company over the next couple of months and sell at that time.

Connacher has to play this smart and sell their shares at the right time to get some money out of this otherwise they will get almost nothing if Petrolifera ends up in bankrupcy court.
