Yes, CLL was reinstated into the small cap index.

A year ago, in Sep 2009 CLL was deleted from this index and in March 2009 CLL was removed from the main TSX index.

Last Friaday, at the market close (4:00:00 PM) additional volume (about 350,000 shares) was bought by index related holders, pushing the CLL SP by 2 cents to $1.23

Additional 400,000 was purchase after the market close (4.33 PM) on the Special Trading Session (SS).

The same thing happen to my WKR.UN. Since they trade in much smaller daily volume their share price jump 4%. This maybe be corrected in the next few trading sessions this week.
