Except for one thing. If you wish to have developed additional sources of oil in ten years, then you better start today. Otherwise, by the time you can build the required infrastructure (drill rigs, etc.), by waiting ten years to begin all that is accomplished is deprivation of your own population of needed resources. Obama's objective is not that benign. There is a hidden unstated objective!
