SP is being held in check..Today as soon as it hit $1.21 a huge wall was put up at $1.22. This wall is currently an ask of 505,500 shares. This wasn't there yesterday. Looks like the institutions are shuffling CLL around in their accounts. This of course sends conficting buy / sell signals for those using programs or sites such as American Bulls data, which causes confusion among retailers who hold most of the shares.
