The question is, who is doing the buying? Was Dick Gusella's recent visit to the bankers and financial houses in New York and Boston responsible for the buying today of all of these shares on the eve of the next press release to announce the beginning of commercial operations at Algar? Does any of this buying have to do will Connacher being added to the S & P small cap index. Today is the end of the month and institutional shareholders may be rebalancing their portfolio's based on the recent road trip, CLL's addition to the small cap index, the impending news release of commerciality Algar, the large jump in the price of oil over the last two days. Perhaps all of these reasons together are responsible for todays action.
