IMO the good opportunity ($1.17 to $1.18) is already gone.

CLL management provided this opportunity for traders and institutions who were participating in flow through shares offerings. We had about 13 million shares traded in last 4 trading days. The offering is for 15 million shares. Most of the damaged to CLL SP is done and we should go the $1.27 to $1.45 price range soon to give traders another opportunity to unload the shares before the Q3 report.
