Would you be kind enough to explain to the board how management provided an opportunity to traders and institutions?
As I've said before CLL management has NO CONTROL over how the shares are traded in the open market. If you go back and look at CLL history you'll find that CLL almost always offers Flow Through shares in the month of October to fund their winter drilling program. This year the offering was a little early probably to coincide with the commissioning of Algar and completion of the co generation plant.. This is no evil plot to provide an opportunity, it was a good business decision to announce good news prior to going to the market to offer shares. It allows maximum price to asked therefore requiring less shares to be sold meaning less dilution.
