My own preference would be a strategic investment from an outside participant with a partial equity holding rather than a straight out complete sale!

I have same idea.If there should occur a complete sale then IMO is a disaster for those who bought this stock when it was trading in the 3 to 5 zone .What could be get at best at this moment ?Now Algar is on the way to achieve production aznd ramp up so far seems to go well we won't benefit from that.Oil moves higher too.

So the reason why so many bought this stock some years ago was to acxhive a nice return.If a complete sale is the case then we as common shareholders are ripped of in fact.So the common shareholders will stand in the cold again.Is that also a good outcome for DG?

I hope that this is not the case near term but rather something within 2 years.
