Fully agree with you .That's IMO the best thing it should work out . Your idea using the cash for the drillings is also perfexct to create value . The sp is driven somewhere about the reserves they can prove and the earnings.But if you dillute your amount of shares the higher the earnings most grow for a decent eps figure . They do good job on the construction and producing except the miscalculation for the curtailing.So on that point we probably have no critics.If they do it the way you describe that's all fine for the guys on this board I suppose. You don't go to the market as a company to raise money and you hope people invest in your company by buying the shares.But investors expect a return for that action and not a devaluation like we have seen. A don't expect very soon a return in the old trading range as long as the dillution issue is part of the job.A joint venture like some have done in artickles you posted some time ago is a good option but therefor they must be willing to give up full control and I don't know they will even they stated this issue as well.
