It is a terrible time to be selling NG properties with the current price of NG. All such would accomplish is to lock in to reality what is at present a paper loss. Then you have to go in to the open market to buy NG and are left vulnerable to ongoing losses and increased operating costs. As all asset purchases have been financed, all they would be doing is selling assets at a loss and creating an even worse P&L fiasco as they would have to write down the differential as a realized loss. As I recall, when they bought the NG assets, NG was over $8.00/MCF. Now it is $4.00/MCF
