Tend to agreee in the negative regarding a reverse split being a bad move. Never have heard of one that worked well. Generally they seem to indicate the papering over of underlying weaknesses. Get the balance sheet in shape, concentrate on operational effectiveness and the rest will take care of itself without the need for gimmicks. Especially one that is expensive from a legal fees and underwriting cost perspective . We have more important things to utilize corporate resources for.
