I think that everyone in this circular argument has a point of value. It is doubtless that speculators would try to capitalize on the political storms and the accidental bottlenecks that are affecting the world oil distribution network. Also doubtless that the continental (i.e. landlocked) segment of the Canadian oil market must work out ways to not be at the mercy of these factors.
