Today I got a mail from an analist about the spread caused by the problems with the pipelines capacity.So on the chart you can see when the spread starts to increase.

Do anyone of you know when these problems could be fixed ?The reason why Brent oil is rising is because it's easier to get that oil instead of the other so despite the price is higher .That guy is a speculant with which we call "turbo's".So these guys are going long or short on these spreads.But of course that a dangerous game .So maybe current spread is maybe formed by speculators instead of the demand issue.But if the problems could be fixed the swing in these prices could go different ways.

Has anyone of yoy an idea how long these spreads can go on?Is there some sollution on the way or are we talking about heavy investments needed in that area?If that event can't be fixed in a short time then it could hurt CLL's cashflow and with their debt burden not an ideal situation.
