The totality of world events, continuing troubles in the Arab world, the current tragedy in Japan, are all creating the perfect storm for the Canadian Oil Sands. Including of course CLL. Safe and secure source of oil at a time of international crisis for nuclear energy and the peace which impacts the middle east oil supply!
