It looks like they are headed in the right direction...but....

They need to reach 15500 bbl/d of oil sands production with a netback of $34.00.

The production is in their hands and I believe attainable. The $34 is partly in their hands by lowering operational costs per barrel, and continuing to source new sales markets.

We can only wish Enbridge comes back online at 100% soon,Husky comes back on line and the U.S. Economy improves.

Until then the SP will languish.
