Spoken about the horizontal drilling method.Why is it necessary to drill horizontal instead of vertical?Has it something to do with the thickness of the layers and pressure in the zone?Do you know other companies have leases in the area as well and are they succesfull ?What is an average rate per well pipe as output ?

Could it be possible they can get something around 10.000 bpd for conventional production?That should change the outlook in a more positive way and increase cash flow.
