...I would expect that if any SAGD plants are meeting their design capacity they would be SAGD plants run by Cenovus...

Another one who is not only meeteing the design capacity but producing 10% above it, is MEG energy.

They average averaged 27,744 bbl/d in Q4, above design rates of 25,000 bbl/d. The SOR of 2.3 was down from 2.4 in Q3 and well below the project design rate of 2.8
