With Connacher I am not only perplexed but realistically disappointed in the extreme. If this decline of today is coming from manipulation, then Connacher itself is complicit in the manipulation by not getting out in front of it or providing any defense. Based on readily available historical evidence a possibility not to be dismissed. If alternatively, this is not the case then again Connacher management is in fact the source of the problem through ineffective management and operational controls. With oil at its current levels, there can be no other conclusions. Perhaps the most egregious aspect of this, is that all of the apparent potentialities are tunes we have heard before. And always much to our chagrin.

Though other potential explanations are not apparent to me, if any here can offer alternative scenarios, I would be delighted to hear them!
