Today's volume again very low .So far we don't go along with the trend on the markets .What can start this thing moving up?

I just read this on an online newspaper in Belgium.There is an English spoken vid about the nuclear disaster in Tsernobyl but also now from Japan and it sounds not good.I studied science so for others who knew something about radiation and the effect on humans etc.. listen to this.This meeting was in Montreal.
