You guys read too much in these fluctuations. Oil is above $100, most oil companies are making lots of cash. CLL needs netbacks like I mentioned before and production at 16000 bbl/d. If they do this they will indeed have a SP near $2.00. They are obviously having production problems which in turn results in poor netbacks. When things are going good we see NR's, when things are not going so good we hear nothing, people close to the action know what is happening before us, good or bad. We have seen a roughly 23% drop in this companies valuations in the past 3 weeks. Compare that to the 5% drop in oil, and 5% drop in TSX and we are way under water. Something is going wrong at Connacher and DG and weak management can't figure it out. New conventional oil was thrown out to give hope. My guess is the $50 million they received for conventional oil is now spent on a few more pumps, but we won't find out until August.
