In other words, those of us that are under water, should subsidize more cheap shares for "insiders" in order that they may benefit at our expense. Gee, sounds like a really good idea to me. Why not subsidize more cheap shares for insiders so we can lose even more money. These people obviously feel we are dumber than SH rats. Needless to say, my vote is NO!!!!
