If I recall correctly, about three months ago, Gusella and team were in New York and Toronto on an exploratory financiing trip. If so, we might be a lot closer to an announcement than the 30 day figure announced in yesterdays NR! Dove tailing that with yesterdays news regarding a vote on employee options, could we be looking at an announcement shortly after the AGM? None the less, I still do not endorse the idea of approval by shareholder vote of the new option plan until and unless we have absolute concrete knowledge of such arrangements. Ergo, my vote remains NO. Let Management deliver the goods first prior to being rewarded! This Management has "jived" shareholders too often in the past. Show me the goods FIRST!
