As I could not be bothered reading the entirety of their 6400 pages of BS, did they get their LOGM (Lots Of Goodies for Management) plan through as relates to shareholder subsidized stock options?

If so, I am sure all here heartily support such largesse as we are paying for it. How is that working out for all non priviliged shareholders? These people are pathetic thieves who always prefer a stacked deck rather than earning shareholder allegiance.
