Actually securing new financing at a lower rate is wise not risky. If as we agree, there's going to be another downturn then locking in long term debt is the right way to go. If you'll remember CLL got the loans just before the 2008 crash and having the 600 million cash in the bank is the only thing that saved them.. Also if we get high inflation a locked in lower rate is great.

On another note someone really doesn't want this stock to go up...Yesterday I noted a 1 million ask order today we got a 790k ask at $1.14 and a few moments ago we got to a bid of 13k at $1.13 and ask at $1.14 then in a flash the .13 bid was gone and replaced with an ask of 170k at $1.13 and a bid of $1.12
