Maybe I can get some help here. They show costs at about $22 per barrel. These costs per barrel have climbed steadily. It seems as production ramps up these per barrel costs should come down as they have more barrels to spread out the fixed component Does anyone actually know the fixed component?

I would like to see some answers, not blah, blah the management, not blah, blah the economy, not blah, blah manipulation.
