Last week after TransCanada cut (again) oil shipment at Keystone pipeline from 591,000 barrel per day to 400,000 in June /July Alberta Dil-Bit prices dropped last week to $69/bbl.

This translate to about $49 per 1 bbl of Connacher Bitumen at the wellhead. This may have something to do with a recent drop of CLL SP.
