Yes I inherited my parents house 5 years ago but 2 years ago our uncle died who lives in the house near my parents which was in fact a very large house with common drive way and front door.He was what we call " a sugar uncle" which means he had no children or wife .He lived single.So that part of the house needs to be sold and because on selling terms was not so easy I decided to sell whole the property.

Until now due to government formation in Belgium I'm still at work.Normally end of June should have been my last day working .Now I have to wait till we have a company agrreedment which will be near end this year.Also there are rumours they will higher taxes on engines next year so I'm waiting to buy a new toy until I'm in pre pension and knew how the new rules will be .They knew something about taxation in Belgium.I probably will travel to Germany to buy another car.I have some brands in mind like a Crossfire SRT,a Honda S 2000 ,Opel Speedster ,Porsche or again a M3 roadster.If I should live in Canada I wouldn't have all these huge tax problems .I'm a little jealous about you guys living there .At some point you're more free to do what you like and rules on certain things are more flexible.I watch frequantly Discovery channel on Street custom or American choppers.They built nice cars and bikes.In Belgium you may do that too but you need a bag full of documents to pass car control every year.

If I was you I watch CLL's sp.If you're lucky you can buy back some lower.But yesterday the Dow formed a huge hammer candle with long leg at the undersize so that mean buyers jumped into the market again.That could be a certain sign a bottom formation is near.Besides the coutries troubles on debt labor market news is not that bad .We are not in a situation where companies are firering people but rather search for skilled workers.Orderbooks are also not so bad .If political leaders find a way to convince the speculators things could change.In fact people should buy stocks when everyone is looking for the backdoor.

So for CLL hard to say right know where we will be at end this year but I'm sure it will be higher then we are now.If market condition came to a more normal behavior sp's will be adapted again at their normal values.
