Hi Ludwig

I'm beginning to think they're keeping production levels down on purpose waiting to see how the economy goes..Remember what happened when they cut production at POD1 last time..Cost them a fortune to try and bring back production and POD1 has underperformed since..OIL is going nowhere so when they pump it makes no diference. Long as they can can make their financial commitments at current levels, who cares.
