What do you think about reliability of Reuters numbers?

In last 3 months institution added only 129,000 CLL shares (0.03%) according to Reuters. But institutional holdings increases to 45%.

New position 3 and closed position 7. Net negative 4

Increase position 17 and reduced position 17.
